Pros

Interesting projects as it's a growing company mostly because of COVID

Cons

I've never seen so bad management both soft skills, manners and even business and technical skills. Perhaps this behavior finds the roots in the origin. I'm constantly feeling that company maturity stucked somewhere in 2006, when they had only one small shop. Cooking the books - easy. Gossiping after the meetings, behind people's back - yes. Promotion managed by friendship - yes. Pretending to be a top sellers, and dictating what to do brands with more than 200 years history - like nothing.

Pros

Notino is an impressive e-commerce company with strong international reach and huge marketing scale. You get exposure to advanced marketing, large budgets, and highly skilled specialists. Many teams are full of smart, motivated people who genuinely care about results and collaboration. Great place to learn fast and work on impactful projects across multiple markets.

Cons

Frequent organizational changes and shifting priorities make long-term planning difficult. Some strategic decisions are made very quickly and communicated late, which creates unnecessary pressure and firefighting. The company grows fast, but processes and stability sometimes lag behind. Leadership alignment across departments can be inconsistent.
