- Toxic work environment (fear-based work place) - speak your mind and you're instantly an outcast. - Different rules for everyone - depending on where you are in the "in crowd" you'll either have to uphold the rules or not. - They preach inclusivity, but it's all for show; public disrespect of employees by principal is a norm (no real HR department doesn't help). - High turnover. - It starts at the top, and that's the biggest con. Unfortunate to watch the severe decline of what used to be a highly sought after school.
