The students are truly amazing. It is a small school where bonds are created among the faculty and students. It has a vibrant school spirit.

For a Catholic institution that touts the "NDB Hallmarks," the administration treats faculty members like absolute garbage. The sad thing is the more invested you are in your job and provide your input, the more likely you are to be fired. There have been employees demoted from their positions, fired and escorted off campus in the middle of the day, yelled at during meetings, gas lighted and made to believe what was said was not actually said, and amazing employees let go every year. HR is on the Administrative Team, which makes it impossible to voice concerns as one will be reprimanded or retaliated against for speaking out. The Board and Sisters listened to the faculty and removed the former Head of School, but the Administrative Team continues to operate in the same manner as before.
