I enjoyed my time at Nouria because of relatively fun atmosphere and positive interactions with coworkers. Honestly, I acknowledge that the work environment can vary significantly depending on the store and its leadership.
Cons
The irregularity in my weekly schedule, with some weeks having ample hours and others only offering one or two days of work, was difficult to navigate.
