Very worst experience I had.. Nobody in this company ever got promised salary.. No appreciation, rewards , proper hike... So called 'ceo' has her favorites who run this company.. One can only see the brutal reality once you enter because you will fall for the promises they make... JOIN THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK

Nothing is good about the company

Firstly they need to hire a HR and not have her mother as HR in the company. They pay you peanuts, expect 13k in-hand even if you have done your masters. With this salary they will make you do too much work, you will hardly even have 20 mins to have your lunch. They are only client centered and will teach you how to get them profit, not at all employee friendly. They are not even ready to listen to what the employee has to say. Zero appreciation or reward, no matter how good you are. Yearly increment is hardly about 2k. The so called HR is extremely manipulative and yells at you for no reason. Managers are very rude and bossy. Environment is extremely toxic. If you stand for yourself and keep your point forward, they target you and treat you real bad. They make fake promises to their employees. There are good opportunities out there, kindly do not join this company.
