Amazing perks onsite! Fitness center for employees and families, Spa with discounts for employees on services and products, employees don't have to pay a co-pays to visit the physicians, and a wellness program which provides discount on health insurance, free health coaching sessions which you can do on company time, and rewards for being active, getting a physical, maintaining a healthy weight, and more. Company really cares about having a culture supportive of taking care of your own health needs. Great staff to work alongside – all extremely knowledgeable and truly care that the patients here have a positive experience and get better. Working in the healthcare field is challenging (you have to be very flexible and adaptable regardless of what position you are in), and while there is turnover, a lot of the staff has been with the practice for a long time which shows the value in the company, staff, and patients. I personally plan on staying with this company for many more years based on my experience here for the past year and a half.

Benefits could be improved - more PTO would be nice (but I have heard they actually are in the process of changing this). Work environment can be hectic but I guess that is typical of any healthcare office. Joining this company would be best for someone who has a lot of initiative, a strong work ethic, and can handle many different situations being thrown at them at once.
