Another thing I value is how they handle challenges. For instance, if you receive negative feedback from a student, the team works with you to resolve it constructively rather than punitively. They also offer excellent support for teachers experiencing low bookings, providing access to various programs and opportunities to help you attract and retain more students. Overall, NovaKit genuinely cares about their teachers’ success and well-being. Cons
As for the downsides, there’s nothing major. Occasionally, there are some technical issues with the website, especially when entering or starting a class. This is probably the most common issue, but it's manageable and the support team is usually quick to assist.
