      Absolutely NONE! Bullying employees, incompetent management, discriminate against disabled. SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Bullying employees, incompetent management, discriminate against disabled. I was hired to be a service technician but was used as a delivery boy. This was, HANDS DOWN, the WORST JOB I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!! I hated every second of my time here.

      Pros

      I had the privilege of being part of the Novatech family as an accountant for a significant period, and I must say it was an enriching and fulfilling experience. Novatech's management team deserves accolades for their visionary leadership and dedication to the company's growth and success. Their open-door policy and willingness to listen to employee ideas created an environment where everyone felt heard and valued.
