      Will train you for your job specific role.

      Cons

      Your role will never change. If you are comfortable with working years in the same position this could be the employer for you. But, if you have ambition and want to learn and grow this company will make you promises of career ladders that will lead you to the same place you started from. When you are hired they want you to stay in that role so you will not have to be replaced.

      Pros

      Of all the companies I have worked for Novant has been the best experience. I moved back into leadership after years of having stepped back from leadership due to burnout and frustration. Novant invests more than any company I have seen in both frontline and leader development, with cohesive messaging about priorities. I truly enjoy the teams I work with.

      Cons

      IT was moved to overseas a few years back. They back-pedaled on this and moved some aspects back to domestic coverage, but overall, I can't see where this improves operational efficiency despite surface level savings.
