Pros

Large footprint, variety of areas to work in is endless for nurses, good benefits and competitive pay. Appreciate maternity leave program and episodes of care billing.

Cons

Ridiculous promotion of incompetent people. There is a trend of moving "leaders" laterally instead of demoting them when work is done to expectations. Growth ladder is limited because of this culture.

Pros

Care associates are allowed to do what CNAs do, but they do not have to have the certification. Entry level pay is the same and there are equal raises between roles each year. Part time status an average of 24 hr/week, you can work more than that and you receive full benefits, two forms of bonus every year, immediate PTO (80hrs/year). 12 or 8 hour shifts available, make your own schedule

Cons

sometimes short staffed unit, so work becomes fast-paced - if you like being active and constantly moving, this job is fun.
