Pros
I started here about four months ago and have seen it improved so much recently. Our team got a new Clinical Director who has brought so much wisdom and changes to the clinical program. It’s improved drastically. We also got a new director of Client Care and since then the program has just improved because she really cares about training people and making sure they have the tools they need to do their job. I truly love working here and see where this place is going. Can’t wait to see what the next year looks like. Since I’ve been here, I’ve seen management recognize the people that are doing well with promotions and people get supported to pursue their pure Recovery Specialist certifications and other goals that they have. The expectation is that people work hard and do everything they can to make sure our clients have a good experience. That being said for a new company there is definitely work like balance and every time people want to take PTO work from home or leave early for whatever personal needs, I’ve never seen any issues.
Cons
There was definitely a couple people that turned over in the last six months, but all of them were people that weren’t a good fit here. Once we got new management the people that were not pulling their weight were weeded out pretty quickly.
