Pros
-Very easy to pick up new tutoring assignments. -No pressure to tutor more students than you are comfortable working with. -Invoices are approved on time, and pay is very good for this type of work. -The management is focused on ensuring that the student meets his/her academic goals and progresses, which is refreshing in an industry where sometimes the main concern is picking up as many clients as possible or forcing clients into more sessions than they are comfortable doing.
