      Solid platform. Great employees. Good work life balance. Could be a great company to work for with new leadership and a vision.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership and company direction. Too much foul language and a total lack of respect towards employees. Major micromansgers.

      Pros

      Solid Software, Great Employees. Co-workers that are more than just fair-weather friends. Ample opportunity to advance your position. Great vacation hours and health benefits. Management is understanding of sick/personal days and does not pressure you into working anyway. Buys the office lunch every Friday.

      Kind of wish the bathroom was a bit closer to the office,
