Very good environment to work in

Lots of work , a bit short staffed

Thank god that I am not with them any more.

Worst Management ever I had worked with. Specially HR is very very biased to Hispanics. HR pay these guys for days when they didn't work. Free days off to Hispanics, no paper work required according to HR plus they get paid too. No discipline at all. Hispanic worker can come in at any time without having any discipline by management. No rules for Hispanic community but for everyone else there is strict line of command and if they deviate they get threatened by HR and management. I remember one of my colleagues didn't showed up for 5 days and keeping calling out every day. Next day he showed up with some silly excuse, no one said anything to him. When I requested days off for my personal emergency then first they denied and then said If I have to take off then have to leave the job. Hispanics had created a hostile working environment in this company, they being rude, disrespectful and use of F word (in Spanish) is so common that its not a big deal. Management uses these words often. No professionalism at all. Deserving candidates never get recognized for their good work. Many loop holes in management policies are been told by HR to Hispanics. Employees always keep talking in local language including HR. Never ever go to this place for work. An individual will lose all its potential while working at this place. No sign of career growth, all fake promises by management and never being fulfilled.
