Personally i my direct supervisor saw my potiential and drive as a threat and veered me off the path to success. My supervisor was also very jealous that clients were asking for me directly

The people are very nice, the office is very cozy, you work with some beautiful product, if your into sales you do a lot of traveling and visit a lot of wonderful people in the industry. The trade show that happens every year is one of the most amazing trade shows I have ever seen and you meet so many wonderful people.

The benefits are not that great and there really isn't a career path.
