Cons
The company doesn’t care about the employee and there is zero work-life balance. In the FSM department we used to work for at least 10 hours a day with night shifts and nothing was compensated. The FSM director was careless and put zero efforts to improve this department. They laid off too many FSMs few months ago without prior notice only because they wanted to reduce the cost and this is again because of the bad FSM director and the bad vision and wrong decisions. We were treated like numbers only and we were even asked to hide that we are Lebanese because we are working for customers in USA and for some reason they can’t show that qualified Lebanese people are part of this team. Very unprofessional and disrespectful and even racist. I would only recommend this company for a transition phase but definitely not for a career. If anyone in that company has the chance to leave now for another job they wouldn’t hesitate for sure.
