-Novi is a good place to work if you want to wear multiple hats and work in a fast-paced, scrappy environment -If you're willing to speak up, your voice will likely be heard by leadership and your ideas could really impact the company -It's an early-stage company that is still looking for product market fit, so there is plenty of work to be done for those who work hard
Cons
-I saw rounds and rounds of layoffs during my time at Novi as leadership hired folks that they quickly decided were no longer necessary to the trajectory of the business -Leadership promoted the idea that employees who are "swiss army knife types / generalists" would be vital to the company's success, then proceeded to let go of many of those same capable "generalists" -Leadership at the company has trouble managing and empowering their teams–very prone to micro-managing
