Pros
Safety is heavily focused and rewarded, great energy around this. There are some really great people who work here and make the work place fun. The social activities to engage staff in mingling and mixing up departments is fun. Company tries to plan fun events and meals for the staff that show they are appreciated and valued. Overall, it is a good place. Like with any organization, there is good and bad. But the good out ways the bad here.
Cons
The HR department has some leadership issues and lots of gossiping. It doesn't feel like a safe department to go and talk to if you have a problem. They have lost multiple good, quality employees over the last 6 months due to poor leadership and bad communication with their staff. Budgeting and expenses here are in flux... rule of thumb, don't spend money and help company save $, but there are mixed messages. The company has money.
