      Pros

      Flex scheduling; no weekends or holidays. I really enjoy interacting with the residents at the assisted living and nursing homes. Not a high stress job.

      Cons

      Long days - 10 hrs sometimes during the busy season. But, mostly normal working hours.

      Hands-on and working with the team was always great. There is a positive outlook on future growth

      Cons

      Leadership may be stern (although I can see this being quite a normal thing), and there is definitely uncertainty when working at a startup

      Cons

      Top heavy. Lacking specific expertise in some cases. Smaller staff spread thin over many projects. Revenue potential unrealized.
