Good Training, Experienced Individuals on certain technologies who can help you develop skills. Payment on time to employees, whether prime vendor/client pays on time or not good infrastructure, knowledgeable attorney and HR/accountant.
Cons
I have a very bad encounter with Novisync when I left the company to join another big company FUll TIME. I never got my experience letter which they promised to give me, due to that I had to go through hell as I was kept on requesting my doc through email and they replied that HR was not there blah blah and after 6 months they stopped responding . I was asking this EXP letter for my GC and after 9 months I had to apply my GC with out Novisync EXPERIENCE Still I am giving them good rating because they have treated me well until that point.
