Best Company i ever worked with - Software Engineer Noviya Systems Employee Review

Noviya Systems is one of the best company I worked for. I joined them when I was on my OPT. They got me local MN project and filed H1. The whole process was very smooth. Unlike other Desi companies they offered very good hourly rate for me. Their marketing team is excellent. If you are a fresher or junior level I definitely recommend you to join Noviya Systems. Noviya Systems has excellent record in successful processing of H1-B visas and Green Cards. I would Highly Recommend to anyone who is seeking employment and career (Best Company for H1-Bs ( Only company which made me feel in safe hands )

No cons from my side

Before joining Noviya, I was unemployed for 6 Month. Noviya Systems found me a client immediately and got me back into active employment. Thanks a lot to Noviya Systems. The HR was always available. As we are deployed in client location and have no interaction with Noviya Systems, they make regular trips to client location to help us stay connected.

No benefits but they pay good rate so good at all!!!
