Pros
This company openly values its employees, especially if you work hard and do your job well. They have made changes to management and are getting things right. The benefits have slowly but surely gotten better and better. The pay is good, and they offer a performance based bonus and raise each year. On a deeper level, they are building a strong work culture with open communication and teamwork to solve complex tasks. I couldn't speak more highly of this company.
