      No new technologies and no interesting challanges. Big amount of documentation for a small amount of delivery.

      The comp is reasonably good.

      Cons

      The company culture is strange. Drama at every turn, this company is a revolving door of employees with people constantly quitting, being fired or RIF-ed. The work environment is toxic.
