      The people there are truly driven and dedicated to the mission of helping to extend patients' lives. I've met some amazing people that I am glad to call my friends

      The work-life balance can be tough. Especially after the lay-offs, everyone was running pretty lean.

      The comp is reasonably good.

      Cons

      The company culture is strange. Drama at every turn, this company is a revolving door of employees with people constantly quitting, being fired or RIF-ed. The work environment is toxic.
