Pros
Even though the company has passed its startup-phase and is growing fast, the whole vibe is still very young and start-up-like. Hundreds of idease, many of which are being followed through and many ways to contribute. Some project ideas are very futuristic and uncertain, but it's exciting.
Cons
It's still a small company and comes with the typical issues. Ok, but not too great salaries, everyne has a number of jobs, chronically understaffed etc.
