      Pros

      Does not hold anyone accountable for bad performance. Rewards people who maintain the status quo. Great place to work if you are incompetent.

      Cons

      The core values are choice, sustainability and innovation. There is no mention of people in their values and that is reflected in how people are treated. It does not matter if you are a line worker or a director, everyone is treated poorly.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
