      Pros

      Good Financial Position and large market share. Well kept equipment and production facilities. Sales force has good customer relations in a buyers market.

      Cons

      Low margin business makes being successful very difficult. Industry is price driven so there isn't much profit left to help employees be financially successful.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
