Incompetent Management & Sexual Harassment!!! - Bag Machine Operator Novolex Employee Review

No overtime for a woman because the lead on C shift (days) only gives it to the girl he finds the most attractive. I will not mention any names since it's already quite obvious. Don't even think about asking this lead for ANY overtime unless you want him to sexually harass you and make inappropriate comments and threats. Try reporting it and watch you become an issue. Management seems to not have any backbone to stand up for the employees and be concerned about their well being in situations like this. Here is what I have to say about that, if they don't care the EEOC would see it completely different.
