      Comunitty, costumers, all kind os stakeholders. Diferent kinds of methodologies that Is used based on necessary changes. Challenges on the time line of the project, because it needs To be done before next year Olympic Games.

      Job offer is always in diplomatic terms. They ask you if you are interested in working for them but they don't offer you a job even if you say yes. They wait till the last moment.
