Good to start your career - Software Developer Novosol Employee Review

I had an enriching working experience here getting exposure to different projects. I got to use different tools & softwares, adding to my learning. The company ensured the highest levels of certainty and satisfaction for its employees. During the Pandemic the company offered us work-from-home opportunity keeping in view the utmost safety of the employees.

Did not experience anything bad in the organization during my tenure!

Only positive I can say is weekend offs and probably few good employees who are good to work with.

They are very biased employer. They give preference to few old employees and turn blind eye to others advice. They are not good pay master. Not much growth and appraisals does not happen every year. Even if you get appraisal then its not more than 10%. Office Location is worse.
