Working here teaches you how much you can handle under pressure, but that’s not necessarily a good thing. The company expects a lot from its employees, yet offers very little in return — low pay, no real recognition, and limited opportunities for growth. Many people end up doing far more than what their role requires, with little to no appreciation from management. Communication is inconsistent, favoritism is common, and leadership often overlooks the effort of those who actually keep things running. There’s little support or motivation to stay long-term because hard work isn’t rewarded. The work environment can be stressful and draining, and turnover is high because most employees eventually realize they deserve better.
