Toxic environment & too much drama in the company - Executive Novux Employee Review

Boss likes to hear the stories of other staff. Some staff likes to take care of other people's business, toxic environment. Boss often scold/yell at their staff for some stupid reasons, so unprofessional. Bad management no Finance, no HR, all one person handling. Medical claim only RM50 not make any sense. No benefits at all.
