Pros
The entire staff is really pleasant and the managers are very interested in you as a person. I was very glad to find a job where I was welcomed and treated so well. Also, the CEO brings his two dogs to work. Honestly, how is that a bad thing? Also, Friday team lunch and the occasional social outing make the community of work.
Cons
A lot of hats are worn by everyone and sometimes it feels like communication and efficiency could be improved. The business is growing, but sometimes the company doesn't feel like it is growing enough.
