Great people. Super hard working and driven. A lot of teamwork is shown to rally and solve problems.

Really poor employee structure. There is zero opportunity for growth but they will throw a ton of work on your plate. They use the guise of being social impact to pay people way below market value, do not promote or give title changes to the hard workers that are there and provide no professional development. They seem to hire people right out of college or without a lot of experience so the energy feel chaotic and minimally effective. Managers are not effective or experienced and do not go to bat for their employees. There is little flexibility in terms of benefits and they seem to be designed to discourage people from taking time off. If you have a family or want a family, this is really not the place for you.
