      Pros

      Nice coworkers. Under-paid and under-appreciated but nice people none the less.

      Cons

      Poor senior management. "Over promise and under deliver" is the founder/owner's method of doing business coupled with a "bill the client until they bleed" mentality.

      Pros

      Great career experience working on major digital marketing campaigns alongside true experts on the team and with CMO-level leadership on the client side. Variety in clients and services keeps work interesting and work-life balance/PTO is actually encouraged. Most of the work feels meaningful and it feels good to drive results and be recognized for it. Overall positive and rewarding place to work.

      Cons

      Some top-tier clients have very high expectations requiring extra effort and focus. Working on these accounts can be more challenging.
