unprofessional managerial procedures . unorganised hierarchy without any systematic process or performance appraisal. HR department and Managerial level are unprofessional as usually they do not involve into solving any internal problems or hidden issues , only focusing on the attendance policies without actually evaluating the employees for any prior appraisal or compensation . There’s no actual learning&development plan for the employee nor upgrading and I believe this is the main reason behind the high turnover rate .
