Flexable to reach managers any time

Office run my 2 brothers. Cheap Money making attitude for both Useless Managers no Voice/power to talk to the higher management. They treat Employee like machine , Pay for 8 hrs but make employee to work for 11 hrs or more every day. No extra pay for the extended hours or on weekend work. False promises for the increment or promotions while giving work. No career growth just need to work as labor many years. If you like to be a Dog , work like bufflow , eat garbage like pig , its a right place for you. I feel ashame that I was one before.
