Pros
NuAxis has more doubled its employees in the past couple years while maintaining a close-knit, family-like culture. The company offers a multitude of growth opportunities and truly takes care of its employees. Events like the annual picnic and holiday party, local happy hours (we even had one at Top Golf!), and site visits from managers and HR, help employees get to know each other and feel welcome.
Cons
All companies that have rapid growth experience some growing pains, but I think that the management team is doing its best to adjust as necessary.
