Pros
I enjoyed my time at NuAxis. My manager was a very hands off manager that had the mindset that if I completed my work correctly that I was doing a good job. There was no hand holding or a constant need for me to give updates. My onsite manager worked for the client so I cannot state what an onsite manager's actions would consist of.
Cons
While I don't personally see this as a flaw, others might. There were never really any get together meetups within the company, so I really only knew the people that I worked with directly.
