Is great people to work with great company to work

None that I can think of

Strong tech culture & SCADA/IT product offering within Oil & Gas industry (based on having worked with high-growth tech companies across other verticals). Appears to be the same here: Fairly flat & autonomous organization; agile work culture; friendly, diverse colleagues. It feels very much like a Google/tech start-up environment within the energy sector. Numerous company outings throughout the year (including the Wings Over Houston family event), Casual Fridays and Street Fighter video arcade in the break room. Location is close to Houston/Bay Area coastal communities.

Not for everyone. It's a "work hard, play hard" culture, so if output is low, you won't succeed. Companies at this pace will encounter growing pains, but upward communication is generally well-received.
