      Pros

      Fantastic benefits, caring co-workers, growth and promotion from within, a CEO that puts employees first, a fun place to work and grow, one hour lunch and lots of extra company benefits outside of what’s just laid out in the employee handbook.

      None that I see at this time.

      Pros

      Staff is extremely friendly and super supportive! The work environment is filled with community oriented people who want to grow and provide excellent service.

      Members can be a little pushy

      They have fun things/events for their employees to attend

      Cons

      The management is laking and it's almost like they are intimidated by employees asking questions. Was treated well at first, but overtime was told that my questions were not related to my position although it directly related to what I did. Clear favoritism.
