I have personally really learnt a lot from being a part of an amazing team of LaPuma medical operation division. The team feels a lot more like family to me; I look forward to coming to work everyday because of the positive energy & vibe from the team and management. There is so much room for growth within this organization; managers encourage their team to do their best and respect our feedback on certain matters which we really appreciate. Very flexible with schedule, company also provides lunch to the employees occasionally which is really very nice of them. This organization really cares about their employees when they host small employee gathering events every once in a while because it boosts everyone's morale and energy.

The human resource staff should be a bit more courteous towards the employees.
