The office is in a very scenic location. Employees below the Sr levels are good people who care about the company.
Cons
Sr management are not trusted by employees. There is a culture of smiling at everyone's face while criticizing them behind their backs. The Human Resources supports the poor culture and caves to Sr Management. Moral at this company is terrible because Management is not trusted and it comes from the top.
