Pros

I had the benefit of meeting some amazing co-workers here. The keto food space is quite interesting, I learnt a lot about health and nutrition.

Cons

The founders are focused solely on enriching themselves, displaying very poor leadership qualities. Employees are significantly underpaid under the guise of being a "startup", despite the company generating record profits, which are exclusively benefiting the founders. The founders offer promotions in the way of title changes to create the illusion of employee growth, but in fact are reluctant to provide significant salary increases. Despite being in a modern era, the women I worked with were subjected to constant belittlement, marginalized, talked over and were often excluded from professional learning and growth opportunities. There’s little to no diversity and from what I could tell, this wasn't changing anytime soon. The founders are proprietors of multiple startup brands and had a few committed and exceptional employees who were there since inception, all of which have now resigned since scaling. This speaks volumes of the company and the characters of the people running it. The founders are highly manipulative and pretend to be jovial but are actually very calculating. Every move they make focuses on them and them only lining their own pockets. Avoid if you can.
