There have been frequent alterations in procedures and product offerings, often accompanied by insufficient and disorganized introductions. The approach appears to favor a high number of unique or exceptional cases. Furthermore, some members of the management team, including the COO, exhibit a lack of balance and transparency. There is a pervasive sense of job insecurity, with employees fearing abrupt terminations without an opportunity to address allegations. The overall work environment is challenging.
