Pros
This is a place where people take care of their teammates and take time out of their day to help each other succeed. They really do trust their employees, and they are the polar opposite of micromanagers. They give you the space to do your job, but will give you the tools necessary to do so and help you if you need it. The leadership really is committed to every person having a voice, speaking up, giving suggestions, and sharing feedback. I always try to think of things that this company could improve on, and I honestly struggle to find anything substantial. Chad Paalman (CEO) and Kyle Paalman (President) are very hands on business men and they are the most approachable people I have ever worked for. They are the type of people that care so much about their employees and it makes you want to make them proud.
Cons
The only con I can think of is we need to continue hiring more people to keep up with our growth and work load (but, growth is good thing!)
