Office Politics - rift between leadership teams. Rift between owners/ management committee. Lack of systems and procedures - No succession planning, no retention plan, insufficient employee benefits, lack of necessary HR support such as training, organizational development and employee relations. Employees are overworked and paid at the minimum. Culture of mistrust and inefficiency dominated by managers with little to no management/mentorship/leadership skills.
