Nua Counseling is an incredibly supportive, collaborative, and empowering woman-owned practice. I have worked for Nua for two years, and in that time have had the opportunity to learn new systems, work closely with the owner and operations manager, and contribute to decision making. Nua has been very open and sensitive to my needs for a flexible schedule, and has empowered me to change roles and contribute to the growth of the company in new and different ways.

Have not experienced any downsides working for Nua.

Owner could be very generous at times, seemed to prioritize employee well-being. Small agency meant good comraderie between team members.

Owner's lack of organization finally caught up, resulting in unpaid bills, unpaid wages, lapses in client care, and general instability. Still waiting to get paid thousands in stolen wages.
