      1) Working remote 2) Providing first class infrastructure, which makes u feel that you dont work remote. 3) Appliance allowances every year upto 1000$ 4) Comprehensive medical benefits. 5) Closed during christmas season 6) 2 weeks of paid vaccation 7) Flex time policy 8) Amazing co-workers across the globe

      Cons

      1) No projects to work on 2) Poor project management team 3) Client dependednt 4) Internal strucutre frequently changing 5) More PM than developers (people who actually work) 6) Target on Billable hours to work on, eventhough when no projects are present. 7) Lack of clearly defined policies and organizational structure

      Pros

      I loved working for this company. The spirit of collaboration is very real, and everyone genuinely supports each other. The managers have been selective in their hiring, and have really perfected the WFH model. I can't say enough good things about the leadership of this company.
