While our efforts have allowed us to continue to serve more and more patients, we are reminded that with any kind of growth comes an evolution of processes and roles. We like to positively embrace the change and growth we experience and strive to support one another through the process. We apologize that you did not experience this, as being kind and empowering each other is at the core of our culture.
